Came to the store to pickup a click and collect that was packed incorrectly with the store out of stock of the correct item. Huge shoutout to Samuel who went above and beyond to assist in reallocating to another store for pickup. The manager on at the time however was unhelpful and rude and kept suggesting to Sam to wait on hold with me standing there for over half an hour to the customer service line as 'that's procedure'.
Sadly I had such a bad service to one of your staff. His information was ok but the attitude was unfriendly and grumpy. I felt like he was forced to attend my question.nUnfortunately I have cero intention to come back I rather prefer to buy in another location with more empathy and warming service.
I came into the Everton park store to purchase Blackvue dashcam for my car. I was advised by Lauren from the store. She is really amazing. She offered great advice, was very quick to find information and provided amazing service. She also packed my ordered in a plastic cover to save it from the rains outside. Very thoughtful and helpful person.
Staff are friendly and helpful. I had paint mixed and the guy who did it showed great attention to detail on each ingredient quantity. Turned out perfect.
Staff are usually quite helpful but beware of pushing products you dont need or with incomplete advice.nWas pushed a graphene spray and told the staff member i was cutting and polishing. No mention of prep spray which i'm now finding out is basically essential for a decent result from the $60 bottle of graphene spray i bouhght. Please make sure you give complete advice if you're going to push products.
