I had the best experience at Super Cheap Auto thanks to Chris! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I needed advice on a few products, and he went above and beyond to guide me through my options, making sure I got exactly what I needed. His patience and expertise made the whole process easy!
I wanted to share my recent experience at the Essendon location, which unfortunately left me extremely disappointed due to the lack of support from the staff. I found that the level of customer service provided did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Supercheap Auto.nnTo improve the customer experience at this location, I highly recommend considering support or training from the Maribyrnong Supercheap Auto staff. My experiences there have been consistently positive, and I believe their approach to customer service could help bring the level of service at Essendon to a more consistent and high standard.
The guys in there are good BUT SuperCheap it self is useless , I Got a click&collect but I had to buy it under a Guest on there websit because Supercheap would not let me reset it my password or log in or anything completely useless website just a scam and I could not get any points on my club card because the guys said they had to refunded and process the whole order again just to add it to my club card. Fix your website spend more money and make it better.... your massive retailer you got no Excuse. Northing on the guys in there. but the company can do a lot better
They advertise their installation service everywhere, but the last two times I've been they were understaffed and couldn't help me due to their policy, even when the store was quiet. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but it's ridiculous for management to advertise something that they clearly have no intention of actually delivering.
I had a terrible experience with Supercheap Auto Essendon. I ordered a part and was told it would arrive in 3 business days. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that it would actually take 5 business days. Now I have to cancel my appointment with the mechanic. I wasted my time driving all the way to Essendon because they couldn’t provide the correct information. To make matters worse, the store manager, Jasmine, suggested I cancel the order, which is absurd since I placed it a week ago. The customer service and management from Jasmine were absolutely awful. I will never be shopping here again.
