Great store with good range of products to meet all your automotive needs. Also, if you know what you want, just speak to a team member who will direct you to the right aisle & shelf. I did exactly that & was in/out of the store in 2 mins flat!

The young gentleman at the sales counter was extremely helpful, cheerful and friendly. He really helped me out with a pretty sticky situation, where my motorcycle's rear tyre was seriously damaged by debris on the road and I was stranded a long way from home. He helped me select a temporary repair kit, and then assisted again sometime later to cut off the repair plug tails and check my repair wasn't leaking.

I recently went to this store in Chatswood, expecting very basic customer service, what I got instead was a young man named Kenan. Tedious, disrespectful, acting as my presence and questions were an imposition rather than a customer interaction. The tone in which he spoke to me was not just unhelpful, but borderline insulting. It's one thing to be tired or unappreciative of the job you have, but it is another to treat someone as if they don't matter. Honestly, there is no excuse for this behaviour and no one will find me returning to this store unless he's gone. I took myself to Repco, which was only up the road, and my experience there was much more pleasant than at Supercheap Auto.

Staff in the shop very helpful. Gave me amazing information with the coolant.
