I had an excellent experience with the customer service here. The staff demonstrated impressive knowledge and went above and beyond to help me find the right connector for my new car head unit. After some initial confusion, one of the team members took a closer look at my old unit and realized we were searching for a connector for my car brand, but the old unit was actually a generic model. They guided me through the process of removing the cable between the unit and my car's original setup, which solved the issue! They also sold me the correct connectors, and now I have a fully functional head unit. Highly recommend!
I went here looking for items for my new vehicle. I was helped by the lovely Ash and I got everything I needed in a very short time. A great big store with great options for everyone.

Totally agree with the reviews that say there is no product knowledge. Tried to ask about a product involving hub caps. Emma just gave a blank stare when asked if they came in other sizes with 4 bolts, not 5. She seemed to suggest that if she did not know the answer no body would, she was the manager on site. while I hoped the penny would drop after a long pause, and she might ask someone more senior or more passionate about car products there to help. No she said she couldn't answer the question and that was that. So I bought them, went over to Repco, where I got more insight and engagement to indicate they at least THEY had an interest in helping. We got out answer and I went back to Supercheap to return it back . That was where a man ahead of me was making a similar enquiry, needing more information about the product he bought and brought back in. I noted he got no insight or help or answers either.nnI mean, if THEY don't know, being a store all about cars, WHO does? I didn't realise it was a store only meant for car enthusiasts with massive product knowledge to buy from them.
We were assisted by Johnathan today and wow what a very knowledgeable young man he is! Johnathan knows the store and he knows what you’re talking about when you explain what parts you need for your car. Thanks so much!
