Rude staff, lacking any customer service skills working on the floor, especially big girl with glasses. 2nd time in 2 years I've walked out and drove around to Autobarn and spent my money there. Doesn't deserve 1 star.
What started out as a retirement idea ,is now into it's fourth year. This rusty old 1956 International 4wd truck was lying begging for attention. So thanks Supercheap Auto for your help along the way . Hopefully it will be finished in early 2024
In all honesty I don’t know what’s wrong with this place Supercheap Earlville. There is just a miserable unhelpful toxic don’t give a €*^% about anything bar myself staff mentality. Sorry but the staff are always unfriendly, pre-occupied, miserable and yes, thinks they are entitled???? Don’t waste your time. I promise there’s better. Why? You can’t do any worse than these guys.
I rang first to make sure I had warranty for the window wiper. It was 6 mths to the day and so I went straight in. Something had gone wrong with the ones they previously fitted for me 6 mths prior. One came off in my hands. I had two staff members come out to see the problem and make sure all was working before I left. So here’s a shout out for great customer service from Tania and Tristan last Sunday. Thanks guys.
I had a headlight bulb fitted to my vehicle. The team member was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. I had contact with 3 - 4 other team members in the store that day and they were polite, professional and patient. It is always a nice experience whenever I need to go to SCA Earlville - prices are good as well
