Exceptional service from every staff member - I dealt with five different people and they were all incredibly knowledgeable about their products, they were friendly and very professional. My experience was excellent. Whatever Super Cheap Auto at Bundall are doing to get and train their staff - keep doing it - it's a great store with excellent people managing a great business!
The staff response was super unhelpful during the visit.nnFemale customer service attended wasn’t willing to elaborate on the purpose of my product, perhaps a lack of knowledge. I wouldn’t have asked about the product, if I didn’t need help. Apparently ad blue “is what it is” Didn’t even want to dare ask for my product to be fitted, left without a purchase.nnConveniently Repco was a short stroll away where you can find more than good prices & great service.
Such a friendly, helpful team. My car broke down yesterday and the team was so kind and helped direct me with what issue it could be and were able to offer diagnostic testing on my vehicle. 5 star service with a smile.
The guys are great few times I've been about my car they help put globes and anything else for a very responsible price .nThankyounCass
Mos and ellyse, were absolutely super with helping me pick the right headlight and getting it fitted even tho it was a troublesome Alfa legends!!
