Excellent Service & Friendly Staff!nnHad a great experience at Supercheap Auto Bundall! The staff were friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. They took the time to assist me with what I needed and made sure I got the right product. It’s always nice to shop somewhere with good customer service, and this store definitely delivers.nnHighly recommend if you’re looking for car parts, accessories, or just general advice. Will definitely be back!
Over the last 4 years this Store has become my local, in the last 6 months there has been a rapid decline in customer service.nIn the last month I have called to request parts, given part numbers to be reassured parts are in stock, driven down to be told no parts available.nVisited this morning even though frustrated cause I knew I was to be dissappointed and sure enough, weak customer service.nDrove down the road to the competitor and given service you want and deserve.nParts asked for and delivered.nNever again Supercheap Bundall
Staff SO friendly as I walked in door & asked me if I needed help which I did..nShop very clean & tidy..nI was helped by staff with suggestions as to the sort of product I was looking for..nStaff at cash registers great also..nWld highly recommend Bundall store Gold Coast..
Super rude staff,think it's the manager, gave horrible attitude even though I was so nice to her and patient, couldn't be bothered to do anything and basically told me to go screw myself. Super unhelpful. I never leave reviews and this is my first so this says something, train better customer service please.
Very helpful stuff, from desk lady & manager allowing me to charge my dying phone. Knowledgeable stuff! I was helped by a young man called Austin who went above & beyond, he got my car going again after I had overfilled my engine oil. My car was blowing so much white/blue smoke and the people passing on surfer esplanade were doubting on his approach to the problem. What a legend Austin, you saved my day! I drove smoothly home from Gold Coast to Brisbane.
