Staff SO friendly as I walked in door & asked me if I needed help which I did..nShop very clean & tidy..nI was helped by staff with suggestions as to the sort of product I was looking for..nStaff at cash registers great also..nWld highly recommend Bundall store Gold Coast..
Very helpful stuff, from desk lady & manager allowing me to charge my dying phone. Knowledgeable stuff! I was helped by a young man called Austin who went above & beyond, he got my car going again after I had overfilled my engine oil. My car was blowing so much white/blue smoke and the people passing on surfer esplanade were doubting on his approach to the problem. What a legend Austin, you saved my day! I drove smoothly home from Gold Coast to Brisbane.
The staff response was super unhelpful during the visit.nnFemale customer service attended wasn’t willing to elaborate on the purpose of my product, perhaps a lack of knowledge. I wouldn’t have asked about the product, if I didn’t need help. Apparently ad blue “is what it is” Didn’t even want to dare ask for my product to be fitted, left without a purchase.nnConveniently Repco was a short stroll away where you can find more than good prices & great service.
Went to SCA in bundall today.nTeam there were super helpful, within a minute I had someone on the floor ask if I need help, took me straight to where I needed to be, unlocked the cabenite so I got what I needed and was out the door with my goods in under 5mins.
If you can’t find staff capable of customer service without arrogance. I’m happy to help you as a small business owner to find staff that are capable of filling a customer service position without arrogance.
