Thank you Supercheap Beaudesert. My experience with you was my first at Beaudesert. I was pleasantly surprised by Taya's helpful n friendly attitude right from the start. She would ask Ryan politely for his assistance when needed. Ryan always retrieved required products efficiently. He went out to help me find the correct windshield whippers for my car. He even put on a high visibility shirt when leaving the store to look at my car. This demonstrates that he has been professionally trained in safety protocols. Well done Supercheap for your training and employing friendly professional staff. Congratulations Supercheap Beaudesert for your presentation of a clean, tidy, spacious and well thought out store layout. Lighting and price labelling was excellent. I would recommend your store and the Taya-Ryan team to everyone.

Since the time Racheal previous store manage was removed from the Beaudesert store the atmosphere has been very welcoming and its a pleasure to purchase from the Beaudesert store again. Un general the boys at the store are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I hope this doesnt change in a hurry .

I been a customer of this business from day 1 when Reg Rowe had a single store in Brisbane. Today's my last time - I'm fed up with being treated as a goose.nSpent 200$ on consumables here - all high margin stuff and was left with crap all over the floor because this store couldn't give a crap about their customers and their safety and their comfort - not a single bag , box or container.  No more I'm done. This supercheap has been nothing short of great reduced to a second rate store for suckers - bye bye.

service could have been better from the guy wearing the black hatnnI found some trailer parts that I required in the wrong hanger under a different itemnBut couldn't locate where they were from to find some morenWent to counter and black hat told me that it's in isle 13, And to just go looknI explained where I had found them and he said yes I hear u just go look for yourself down isle 13nnWasn't interested in helping at allnI'm sure it was probably right there infront of me but it didn't jump out and bite me hence why I asked for helpnSounds like he knew exactly where they would be and instead of helping and making a sale I walked out without themnnDisappointing ‍
