All up took 20minutes to get all gear required for a service on my vehicle from computer to front desk superb
I called in to buy some tools I saw on their website, I walked around the shop and couldn't find them so I asked the two guys behind the counter who were having a social chat . I described what I was looking for and was basically then told to go find it yourself and then they proceeded to enjoy their conversation..
I am not one to give negative feedback due to working in customer service myself; but after my appalling experience with SuperCheap Balcatta i feel obliged to comment. Around a month or so ago, I purchase a windscreen wiper from Supercheap Balcatta. 3 days later, I went back to the store as the Wiper wasn't wiping properly literally the products job -.-. I walked up to the counter to wait to be attended to. I had to wait a few minutes, as the girl and guy behind the counter were having a chat about what they were doing on the weekend. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for having a chat with your work mates, but when there's a customer to serve - you pause your convo and resume it later. When she finally attended to me i said, "i bought a wiper blade from you on Sunday and it's not wiping properly" and she laughed and then replied with "so yeah what's your question?" I found her very condescending and sarcastic, which is not what you want when you are needing help. I basically had to convice the boy to come and look at the wiper to show them that it was faulty. I was hoping for a simple exchange, but the boy said to me that as i fitted it myself, they are no longer responsible for the product or it's condition. Which isn't true, as according to Australian Consumer Law, if a product is not fit for it's due purpose, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. I felt very upset and frustrated as he was insinuating that i did something wrong when i installed the blade and it was therefore my fault. Installing a new blade is not rocket science, and it's not like a snapped it in half - definitely don't expect a refund/ exchange in that case as that would of course be my fault! After about 10 mins of back and forth with the worker, he finally said i can try a different brand and see if that works. I said okay let's go inside and look... he left me to go find them by myself, didn't even show me where the blades were, or show me which was the right one to get! I ended up leaving the store and driving to SuperCheap Whitfords, who went above and beyond to help me! If you're going to get a job that involves customer service, don't have the attitude of a wet sock when a customer comes to get help.

Good counter service. They found and kept to collect an item which was only at a couple of stores. Good range of products and excellent prices.
Ya..ok..can come to buy want you need to repair yr car
I bought an ATV hydraulic lift. Unfortunately it didn't work so took it back and it was replaced without fuss. I dealt with two extremely pleasant female staff members. Friendly staff make a huge difference ... New lift works perfectly. Great purchase and a happy customer.
Can honestly say, awesome customer service, and very knowledgeable staff.
Friendly guy at the front counter seems to want to be helpful. i like that you get a credit if the price drops soon after purchase.
I visited Supercheap Autos to purchase oil and an oil filter to service my car. The team was able to swiftly look up the correct oil and part numbers for my car. I was happy to discover that they could also replace my windscreen wiper blades and rubbers within a couple of minutes while I wandered through the store. What a great service to offer! Thanks guys
