We went in for replacement wiper refills to the front and back of the car, and requested the fitting service offered by Supercheap. The young man who did the job had difficulty with it and had to make manual adjustments to the wiper blades. We couldn’t have done those adjustments ourselves. Despite taking some time, the young man doing the job was cheerful and patient.nWe’re very grateful for this service. Without it, the car would still be off the road during wet weather. The fee that Supercheap charged us was generously low, which is greatly appreciated because we’re on income support. Thank you so much, Supercheap Balcatta - your service and staff are both stellar.
Graham and Jahdra were so helpful and obliging in sorting out my windscreen wipers and interior light. So good to get such fantastic service.
I had a very bad experience with a girl named Taila or something like that. I went to buy wiper blades for my car. They offered to install them themselves for an extra $5, which I agreed to. The first guy tried and couldn't do it. He changed the wiper blade for another model that didn't match the one I had. Another employee came and couldn't do it either. Finally, this girl, supposedly the supervisor, arrived with a very rude attitude, complaining that they didn't have time for that. She asked me to either buy two wiper blades or take the new one to the mechanic. When I tried to explain, her attitude was very rude and ironic, and she gestured to her coworkers to not talk to me. I tried to ask her another question, but she completely ignored me. I know my English isn't good, but I fully understand the poor service, the lack of interest in the customer, and the rude attitude. After demanding my refund, I left feeling deeply disappointed. They shouldn't treat customers like this.
Update: lights lasted 4 weeks! Will be back for warranty.nnGreat service today, got my car lights looked at and had new globes installed. The guy took his time to recommend a better brand of globe and made sure everything worked as it should. Thank you!
Both store assistants and store manager were really kind and helpful to my request. I totally recomment it. Thank you
