Went in for some advice on buying an android auto display and which one was better, was given great advice from your team member Kyle, got everything I needed and the knowledge on how to install it. I decided to go a different route however the service I experienced was very notable. Great experience in store!
The manager Kailee, was incredibly rude to her own employees as well as myself. She was forcing us to buy products that we did not need and was rude. Sharky tactics, would not recommend. Other employees were kind however.
I have visited this store several times, and Melih has never failed to help me. I am extremely impressed with his product knowledge and genuine help. Above and beyond customer service, definitely I will be back!
I can’t say more thank you to Max and David !nnThey saved our life. The start was stuck on the parking, and they helped us to start the engine again with their own car after his shift ! Max is a lovely and caring guy. David did a really good job on our car to change the battery the next day, full of tips and good vibes !nnHighly recommended, staff is Amazing !!nnMax and David are a keeper!!!
Every time I visit, NATHAN stands out.nnI don’t know him personally, but he always greets with a smile, is incredibly respectful, and genuinely goes above and beyond.nnHe’s one of those rare people who naturally bring positivity wherever they are. I’ve never seen someone like him in any other place.nnExceptional service!
