My day was made today when the young African American guy served me. He was super helpful and when I was trying out a dress he told me it wasnt just a perfect fit but it looked amazing on me. He was so happy and I loved that.
Excellent experience with their manager this afternoon. She was so helpful and went out of her way to provide excellent service.
Horrible experience. The lady serving me stared at me and rushed me while I was trying on shoes. She was pushy and asked me 3 times to take my items to the counter when I wasn’t finished yet. Another lady, while I was in the change room, opened the door while I was still in there and then walked away - no apology and didn’t ask if anyone was inside. My husband and I continued to shop while being constantly stared at. Our bag beeped at the security gate 2 times when we tried to leave the store, straight after paying for our two items. The staff were rude, pushy and not at all helpful. I won’t be coming back.
Great customer service from Reanne today. Had an issue with pricing between stores, she went out of her way to check what she could do to resolve it and make it a good shopping experience.
Your store plays music way too loud! I couldn't hear myself talk just walking past. You're not a nightclub, you're a clothing store.
We traveled from Hong Kong and randomly enter the shop. The staff treated us very rude when we asked for advices. We had very good experience with all the friendly staffs from other shop. Very disappointed to the service received
