Bad customer service. Additional charges for even you ask to do little thing. Initially said its going to take 45 minutes for In & Out clean then finished job in less than 20 minutes. Interior cleaning was not satisfactory. Tyre rim only washed outside but inside was still very dirty. Upon requesting said there will be extra charge to do..

Details of my service is as follows: 1) Good customer service 2) Charged me an extra $10 for a “dirty” car. I believed my car was relatively clean and this was backed up by the fact that the ‘In & Out’ service was completed in just 20min. 3) Attention to detail was poor - the area near my gearstick was left dirty, my dash was left dirty and the edges of my boot was left dirty. Better off paying more for a thorough clean.
