Fantastic service, they really know their stuff after over 30+years on the Gold Coast. Need help with framing. This is the place.
Janine worked with me to choose the right 3 frames for pics from a recent trip. They were done quickly and efficiently and beautifully. The price was very fair and reasonable.
The input from the staff is great. They know their products but also are happy to leave you to browse if - like me - you are prone to procrastination. Of course they are not as Cheap As Chips but they do an excellent job. We have had a number of pieces framed by them including precious items like my grandmother's embroidery. It was nice to be able to entrust these very special items to them.
We were impressed with the care and expert framing advice we gained when taking in a pastel artwork that was special to us. We spent some time discussing the place where it was to hang and the room decor. The result is wonderful and we now have a signature work in pride of place. Getting the reflective glass was a key suggestion and frame design and colour has made the work look spectacular. Thanks Bianca!
Really great quality framing company with excellent follow up and service
One star too many today . Not a good experience today. The quote was not as cheap as chips. The lady was not willing to engage with me ... I have had positive dealings in the past . I took a special journey from Southport . Don't sound happy do I?
First time I went I waited 20 mins without service but I went back another day and was served quickly and patiently as I chose different options. They have a huge range of frames. Was told I'd wait 3 weeks but my frames pictures were ready in 1 week. I picked it up with quick service also.
Shocked by the pricing to mount 3 x average sized canvas comprising one picture $180. Was advised job would take 2.5 weeks... After 3, I contacted them and was told to 'wait for the text'. After 4 weeks I called again... told someone would call me the next day. Finally received a text not phone call as promised that job was ready. Wishing I hadn't bothered!
Had my son's state AFL jersey and medals framed .. looks amazing and very impressive...price was up there .. but great service and results
