Request for a service assistance for changing a headlight gloves straight away refuse because they are busy which is okay but for me they were not that busy, busy. Anyway only this branch refuse me first time other branches are so helpful though.
Great instore experience at this store. Staff members are really helpful, team member named Tyrone went above and beyond to help me get the correct paint colour for my car.
Drove around all morning to three different SCA stores trying to get my battery replaced, first place sold me the wrong battery and couldn't fit it anyway, the second had no one available to fit one for several hours - and then finally Joe at Rockdale saved me. Absolute legend, very nice guy and knowledgeable enough to know I'd ended up with the wrong battery. Will go straight to Rockdale in future.
These guys are very helpful. I bought 2 bulbs for my low beam and parking lights. Paid extra to have them install it for me. Just as well as changing lights on a Subaru outback is tricky. Luckily they have a guy that can do the job. I went on a Sunday so not sure if they have more people during the week that can do small installs, as there were quite a few people wanting various installs like window wipers etc. There was only 1 guy. Definitely recommend going here.
Staffs weren't friendly at all. All of them put on a grumpy faces. Did a price match but couldn't while did the same thing on other store with the same exact website, staff said need to add shipping cost so no price matchand said "but I'll give you free bucket." I'm really aware i am eligible for a free bucket even without you saying that. In the first place if you cant do it i wouldn't go here to waste my time and just go to other shop to pay less without SHIPPING COST. live nearby but dont want to come here again. Fix your customer service skill guys.
Great in store experience with friendly attentive staff. Got what I needed which was some new bug repellent for my windscreen wipers; in and out of the store nice and easy!
Visited this store for first time on Thursday 18/08/2022 at 1:30pm. Walked in looking to buy multiple toolset. Worked hard to get anyone's attention as there were 6 staff members loudly joking among themselves 3 at the front and 3 at the rear of the store. Went to the 3 staff members in front, waiting for a break in conversation between themselves to ask for assistance, this never happened so I interrupted with 'sorry, can I" to which one of them responded 'what are you sorry for mate'. I asked if he could help me and he jokingly responded with 'if you spend money I will". Already annoyed I opted to not look further and the toolsets and went to pay. When paying I was asked if I was a member. When I said I wasnt and would not like to be I was told 'il make you a member don't worry bro it's not a scam'. Not against staff having fun but team members here are extremely unprofessional with no management oversight, more interested in joking amongst/showing off for each other, unaware that customers exist. Will not return unless I absolutely have to.
