Super Bowl Pho & Bun Bo Hue, Victoria Street’s newest Vietnamese restaurant, brings the Hoang family’s popularity and success from Seattle USA, to Melbourne. Super Bowl Pho & Bun Bo Hue offers a variety of delicious noodle soup dishes, from the fragrant Pho (Vietnamese beef noodle soup) to Bun Bo Hue (central Vietnam’s spicy beef noodle soup). These are some of the most sought-after Vietnamese cuisine, known for its fresh and healthy tastes, colourful flavors, and delicate ingredients. We prepare our traditional dishes by using the family’s long passed down traditions and recipes that many of our customers in Seattle have enjoyed over the past three decades. Super Bowl’s classically designed modern décor will add pleasure to your experience while enjoying our uniquely flavorful bowls of Pho and Bun Bo Hue that are prepared by one of our family chefs.
We have brought many cuisines from all over Vietnam, including:
• From North Vietnam, a Ha Noi inspired char-grilled marinated pork & meat balls. Served with vermicelli, lettuce, mints & and our family recipe fish sauce.
• Also from the north, Ha Noi Styled Spring Roll (Deep fried rice paper roll with pork & shrimp. Served with vermicelli, lettuce, mints & fish sauce)
• From South Vietnam, Saigon’s traditional broken rice with char-grilled pork chop, shredded pork, tomato & cucumber.
• The trio-colour bean dessert (three colour), topped with coconut milk and crushed ice, is recreated by our “fourth sister” from the family’s roots in Rach Gia Market, South Vietnam. It is the perfect dish to complete your Super Bowl experience and cleanse your palate.
