Needs better management. Went in and got put right next to a group sharing a ball machine although there were over 10 lanes free. Both ourselves and the other group had issues with our machine, pins missing, balls not coming back and lags in wait time for pins to reset. We complained and got put on another machine. Of course this lane ends up with pins missing and not coming back and after complaining they fixed it yet again. Then pins went missing again we tried to roll hoping they would come back. Next thing we know the whole scoring is off, pins came back but recording strikes without hitting all the pins and saying we hit pins when we missed. We were 6 rounds in and frustrated. “Manager” wasn’t apologetic at all and said we couldn’t receive a refund.. as a consumer this is not right. We accepted 2 game vouchers as we paid for 2 games but honestly not interested in returning. Go elsewhere, we are avid bowlers and you are better off going to strike or zone. You will waste time and money here. Ps. The guy who was employed to help with pins was polite and lovely. But doesn’t excuse the managers attitude.
Don’t know if we caught them on a bad day, but the service was pretty poor. When walking in, there was no one at the counter. The girl behind the snacks bar, said the guy was in the toilet and would be five minutes. He definitely was alot longer than that. They really need to train all their staff on how to serve, it’s not that hard. Two girls in the snack bar and no one at the reception desk. Finally, we get served. Facility is on below average standard. Staff are polite and helpful. Toilets are extremely dirty. I was struggling to get toilet paper out as it was stuck . So dirty and old . I don’t recommend .
Super cool and fun! Went with a few friends to celebrate my birthday, there were fluorescent lights for Cosmic Bowling on Fridays and Saturday nights. We grabbed some beers at their licensed bar and had a delicious burger. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you, had a blast!
Love this place! Feels like you’re stepping back in time. Great vibes. Whenever we go there are lanes free and we always have a lot of fun.

We have groups of customers attending this facility every Friday whom have disabilities. **Warning to those bringing persons who have a Companion Card - THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT ACCEPT COMPANION CARDS** Staff are rude to Support Workers who are there to support customers while using this business. Our group attends as a social outing, but the owner will split the group and put them on the outer lanes saying "the wheelchairs take up too much room" when we would prefer the group be together for their SOCIAL OUTING TOGETHER. While bringing in customers with a wheelchair, staff will close the door before we have all the customers inside - this is a minor inconvenience but speaks to the next point. This business has no qualms about discriminating against persons with disabilities, the facilities are gross and not up to the standard they seem to think they're providing. Go to Strike in Freo or elsewhere.
I visited Bowling Melville today with the group of people with disabilities. The costumer service was below the standard. This was the first time after almost a 3 years break because of the same. Nothing change with the staff attitude unfortunately. Not recommending at all, especially for support workers who come with disabled clients.
Equipment malfuntioned several times every game, lane 20, after 3 games of balls not returning and pins not resetting and having to go to the counter to get it sorted every five minutes.. the attendant just shrugged and said the equipment is old.
This place had so many issues. We were missing pins the system broke many times and we spent ages trying to get it fixed and once it was it had another problem. Even the balls were getting stuck
