Absolutely terrible communication. First I was supplied a broken regulator for my sons medical oxygen, leaving him without it when he needed it. Then I spent months and months messaging saying I wanted to cancel my service, during which time noone contact me at all, leaving me still paying the fee. The icing on the cake today was a phonecall from one of their annoyed drivers who said he was at my front door to collect the tanks! I was at work. Noone had told me anything was happening at all. When I called the office to point out I was at work, I couldn't get a word out before the receptionist rudely said they never give a day or time on collections. Such shocking, rude and ridiculous service. How can I guess after months without a word they would arrive to get tanks...and then be mad at me??? So bizarre. Do not recommend.

Vince at Supagas Welshpool went above 5 star to organise our gas changeover and account in record time. Outstanding. Thankyou from everyone at Cafe Mojo Mundaring. Highly recommend them.

Don't ask for help. All I got was we can't do this and can't do that. Returned a faulty gas cylinder. No refund and excuse was it had to be investigated. Sent to the east coast with no timeline. This is against what is meant to happen under the Australian Consumer Law. Not happy
