Dr.Sheetal Vlg made this a very calming, comfortable experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, answering all my concerns. Skin check ups are so important and I would highly recommend this clinic. The receptionist are also really lovely.

Melissa Kwee was grumpy and rough. She seemed angry with me for wanting painful lumps and bumps removed. She told me rudely that she was happy to remove one or two but that she didn't want to provide that service for more than one or two lumps.  I advised her that I was happy to be referred elsewhere for that service in a polite fashion, there was no need to be grumpy. She apologised for coming across as grumpy and continued to be grumpy.  She barely glanced at my face which I had identified as my biggest area of concern, and circled my face on the form, as it was previously commented on by two general practitioners. She then questioned their competence.  During the body scan she roughly pulled aside my bra straps from every angle. Rough to the point of it being a very unpleasant experience. I'm not sure if this is her usual manner or if I just caught her on a bad day.  Unfortunately, I have nothing pleasant to say about her or her service. Actually, her eye-liner was nicely done.

Melissa Kwee found something suspicious and suggested a follow up visit.  I said, if in doubt, cut it out.  Melissa and her nurse did a wonderful job.  Virtually painless with no complications.  Negligible scaring.  Excellent follow up.  Clear instructions for care of the wound.  Would not hesitate to recommend.

This practice is far more expensive than any other GP run skin cancer clinics, also with additional after hours fees after 4.45pm. Katy Harvey is more concerned with making money than with treating her patients respectfully. Had an exceptionally bad experience last week with appalling behaviour from this doctor when I politely queried the fee as I was unaware of the after hours charge.

I’ve been seeing Mike Henderson here for many years and he is very professional and very thorough. He discovered my second melanoma that looked like a completely harmless mole to my untrained eye. Can’t recommend him highly enough.  Ladies on reception are lovely.

Provided conflicting information regarding post op restrictions and when questioned, bluntly cancelled surgery at last minute without consultation. I can’t comment on surgery but communications with patients has huge scope for improvement

I've been coming here for several years now after a few scary discoveries. The team here are great, professional and were super considerate in a recent case.
