Story

Sunshine Ultimate Care Clinic is fully accredited with GPA and is acknowledged by the University of Melbourne and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) as a teaching practice for both medical students and general practice registrars.

Our doctors Dr Vu Le, Dr Vesna Pepic, Dr David Nguyen, Dr Denis Yeung, Dr Prashanth Pawar are all members of the RACGP and Victorian registered. Our friendly and welcoming receptionists are trained in emergency first aid and CPR. Together we welcome you to our conveniently located clinic at 127 Durham Rd in Sunshine, which has public transport right to its doorstep as well as rear and side parking with easy disability access.

Our centre abides by standards and code of practice set by the RACGP. We encourage your feedback and suggestions to assist us in evaluating and improving our health services to the community of Sunshine and beyond.

Doctor Vu Le and the staff at Sunshine Ultimate Care clinic are fantastic. I’ve been seeing doctor Le for over 4 years and have always been well looked after and always felt that i was in good hands. He’s very thorough and thoughtful with his services. Makes you feel a friend and not a doctor.
I have been seeing Dr Lu Let for over 15 years and he is basically impossible to see as he is always booked out. Last Thursday I booked an appointment for this Wednesday to see a Dr Jason as I've had a really bad chest infection for over two weeks that has gone untreated. When I arrived he was late almost 30minutes and then once I told him my symptoms he was exceptionally rude to me by telling me that the appointment should have been hosted in the car park. No one explained this to me over the phone and no one asked me about my symptoms. I genuinely didn't know as I haven't seen the doctors for feeling unwell for sometime now. He told me I was putting him and also vulnerable patients in the waiting room at risk. It wasn't what was said... It was the way in which it was said. Rude. condasending and with zero compassion. I did mention that I've been sick for over two weeks now, no one else in my family is sick.... It's not Corona also... I've tested multiple times.... So I doubted I would be infectious at all. He then proceeded to treat me like I had the plague and then after explaining to him that I understood what he was saying... He went on to reiterate again how I should have not come into the practice. I am not dumb, nor do I have Corona Virus.... I just need to feel better after 2 weeks of hell trying to care for 3 kids and working Full Time all at once. Surely a doctor would understand this. I also offered to conduct the appointment in the car... As I HONESTLY didn't know. Where has common decency, compassion and care gone to with GPs these days? Definately skills that can not be taught at any University.... I am so so so disappointed in my appointment today and will not be coming back again. It is poorly run from the front office staff right through to availability of doctors and quality of doctor treatment. I've asked for the practice manager Le to call me back... Doubt I will hear anything back. Unfortunately after 15 years I'm going to part ways with Ultimate Care .... It just isn't the practice it once was.
I cannot begin to express the satisfaction and gratitude i have towards the staff at Sunshine Ultimate Care Clinic , from the reception staff to the nurse, not to mention my favourite family DRs , Dr VU Le and Dr Denis Yeung , you are all courteous , caring, professional and so knowledgeable. It's because of doctors like yourselves that my faith in humanity has been restored. Thank you for looking after my family and I. We are forever grateful for your services and highly recommend the Sunshine Ultimate Care Clinic.
My family have been patients here since it opened. Dr Vu Lee is amazing but over the last few years, it’s been nearly impossible to get an appointment with him. Dr Vesna is the most incompetent Dr I have ever met. This woman has no idea what she is doing and should not be a doctor. Because of Dr Vesna, I have had to find another clinic for my family.
Sunshine Ultimate Care Clinic is the Best Clinic in The West. All their staff are very friendly and caring! Dr Vu Le in particular is so friendly and caring and not to mention funny!
Dr Vu Le has been my personal doctor for many years. He is very professional, caring and good listener. Highly recommended.
Dr Vu Le is a great doctor and staff are nice and well mannered. My health since first day with Dr. Vu Le has been much better. I owe him his kindness and attentiveness for my injuries.
My appointment was at 1:30, its currently 2:22 and I am still waiting! Ridiculous. Im about to cry.
Look I have been going to these doctors for a long time but this year I'm very upset I have tried to make a appointment with the only doctor I trust and in the last eight weeks not one chance to talk or see him that is the way the world works so if I don't get an appointment this will be their problem
Dr Vu Le is the best. Been seeing him for 10 years He knows this stuff And if doesn’t know, he had a good network of other doctors he can refer you too
