Appalling customer service. Enquired twice by email requesting a quote for a substantial commercial job, I called the office when they never responded. Was told by the rude lady on the phone "we've never heard of you" and that they were too busy and had too big a list to get back to everyone. My quote request "wasn't on their list" so they clearly just deleted without bothering to respond and say they weren't interested. Rude receptionist repeatedly said she'd never heard of me so wasn't willing to help...ridiculous. Will never approach this company for work again as their clearly not interested in doing work for willing customers.
