If you go to miter 10 in Mareeba, can definitely recommend see Josh, he was fantastic every single time I’ve gone into the store. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, all round great customer service!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Mitre 10 has a large range of quality products. Our dog Dolly was allowed in and made a fuss of. We will be back.

5 stars for the dear lady that serves me every time at the back counter. Good range I love to browse. Loyalty program has issues if you sign up online you will have to go instore to get things sorted.

I asked what I was after and they sold me wrong thing.nI realized after back home and made an enquiry on same day but no reaction at all.nnEdit 03/02/24nAs their comment I received, I described all via email and nothing from the store has happened.nDon't waist your time.nGo to other shops.

The girl on the checkout at the front of the store was friendly and helpful. That was the only good thing about this store. The rest of the staff I encountered could take some lessons in customer service from her. They were dismissive and appeared completely disinterested in assisting me.
