We have been pleasantly surprised that there is still such a thing as friendly and helpful genuine customer service which we found that Matt Cowley and his staff are. Matt answered the questions my husband had in regards to the results of his hearing test and advised what the best solution for him would be in regards to the products they can recommend and one can purchase ,have fitted and adjusted if needed, also being very convenient for customers, as everything from hearing test to the fitting of a discreet hearing aid and any future adjustments/maintenance of products is all done on the same premises. From my personal experience dealing with Sunshine Coast Hearing It had very nice and friendly customer service from all staff, especially the audiologist. I found what I wanted and don’t deal with any other hearing specialist. Also, the colours and design of both the inside and outside of the facinity gives a very warm and welcoming feel to the behind this great hearing specialist.

After being with a 'Big hearing aid' company for many years, found Matt to be sincere, very approachable and no hard sell. Will stick by the 'small guy' in the future. If, he continues to deliver the goods.

I have found Matthew and his staff very professional and helpful when purchasing my new hearing aids. I have had no problems since I purchased these hearing aids and would certainly recommend him to anyone having problems with existing aids or who want to buy new ones.
