Great service from this company. I ordered a part that they sourced interstate. The day after paying for it, I realised I already had the part. They managed to cancel the interstate delivery & refunded the money. Thoughly recommend.
These guys, Rob in particular have been amazing in locating a rare Audi part in short time and working with me for solutions for same day delivery from Brisbane and a third party supplier. I will be saving their details for future needs.
I purchased a fuel pump from these guys the courier they used Aramex messed up my order by delivering it to the wrong address. When I called auto recyclers to inform of this issue from the courier the staff member asked me for a invoice number which I could not locate as it was eBay order he then became frustrated and rude breathing on the phone instead of trying to help or ask for other information very poor customer service
Bayley is an absolute legend! After being mucked around by a different wrecker for over a week I was left needing a part within 24 hours. Bayley made it happen and was super helpful in every way. Can’t recommend them enough
