On the positive side, staff were helpful and friendly. However, the reason for the 3 star rating was 3 fold:n1. When I phoned for a price on a taillight, I was quoted $88. Another person who was looking for the same taillight on my behalf, called them, he was quoted $60. Same day quote! Not good.n2. When I call an Auto Recyclers, I assume I would be getting second hand genuine parts from wrecks. Not the case here. When I picked up the part it was a new Taiwanese copy. I admit I didn't ask in the first place.n3. Luckily I didn't pay $88 as I was initially quoted as I could get the same item online for $22! I will support local businesses every time - but when they charge 4x the online price it starts to get tricky.
Very helpful. Inquired about a starter motor in the morning, they said they had one at there wrecking yard and would get it to Kunda Park by that arvo and they did, was able to pick up same day. Very happy thanks.
This place is a gem of sunshine coast, Their guide and support for wrecking parts are genuinely overwhelming.nRecently got a car door with them and i flew from Melbourne to Sunshine coast, they packed it so nicely and help me through the process...nThough they have express shipping option, i needed it quick as in 24hrs so i had to flew and still no complaints about the service they gave me.. Thank you
An auto recycler that doesn't leave you feeling like you need to be hosed down afterwards. Professional, slick. I hope they're here for good.
