We were most satisfied of our first visit at Sunsets. The reception person allowed us to sit at the table we wished to and the waitress was both helpful in choosing our meal. She also acted rapidly with our request to lower Heather above our table (23).She also proved to be patient and sociable with us French Canadians both curious to taste something new and delicious. Thanks for her counselling. An all around most pleasant experience. Will certainly return.

Went for breakfast on the 24/3 - really disappointed in the service. Had to go and ask for a waitress to take our coffee order after sitting there for over 15 minutes. Had to ask for water on the table. Then had to get the waitresses attention to take our breakfast order. There were 3 staff on & only 6 tables in the restaurant at the time. We were barely Acknowledged at all. The food was lovely though.

Very attentive waitresses but not always speaking to each other. Lovely girls tho and food was very nice. $100 a couple included drinks coffee mains and desert. Great view of the bay and Garden Island. All in a good night.

Have been here a few times. Food was nice, but on our last visit, our food arrived before our coffees did and we were basically rushed off as they wanted to stick a reserved sign on our table.. So service wasn't the best.. we also had to get up from our seats to find a high chair, then menus, then to find someone to order with, then to ask about our coffees, then to ask for spoons for our coffees as well as cutlery and then again to find someone to fix up the bill with.. so we haven't been back since and have found other places in the area to dine at instead, where we feel our money is better spent.

Great place for catching up with friends or watching the sun go down over the amazing view of the bay. Great menu choices and wine selection. From the moment you walk in you know it's going to be good.
