My mother ordered flowers to be delivered to me. Instead of arriving Monday morning as selected they were delivered some time Monday night without knocking or notifying via the contact number provided. Flowers were found this morning with the vase smashed and had obviously been outside all night. The flowers are also not even what mum ordered, and when calling the florist to ask what happened she was extremely rude and told her it’s not her problem. Would never order from them again, who puts daisies in a $150 bouquet of flowers. No thanks.
The owner / manager was extremely helpful and friendly when looking for flowers for a special birthday. The sunflowers had to travel a fair distance with us - and they were still perfect when we arrived, thank you Sunset Flowers.
Thank you to Carmen, who organised these beautiful flowers for my Mums birthday, they were absolutely stunning and my mum loved so much. Xxx
I wish I could rate them a 10! Last week I had to make a last minute run to the hospital for a family member who was unwell. I raced off to Marrickville, my partner dropped me off out the front and I ran in and was sad to see the store already shut and the workers wheeling the flowers out of the centre. I kindly asked if I could purchase a bouquet, i picked from their trolley of flowers and they reopened the store, wrapped the bouquet and I paid. They didn’t have to do this, They just went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank them enough. Not only was the service amazing the flowers were absolutely beautiful and the recipient was very happy with her gift. Will definitely be back and they are now my new flower go to!
I've ordered arrangements from Sunset Flowers twice for special occasions and each time they have been absolutely perfect. Not only have the flowers been fresh, stunning and lasted but the service and ease of ordering has been second to none. They'll be the only florist I use from now on!
It seems like nearly everyone is writing decent reviews, well the customers service was terrible. The florist became annoyed and went the extra mile of even rolling her eyes at me when I told her that I would like to split the payment with cash and card. Last time I checked money was money no matter what form. I am completely appalled with the treat meant and service that I received. Next time I will buy cheaper flowers from the woolworths next door instead of supporting my local florist with the bad attitude. If I could give a zero I would.
Disappointed with what we received for valentine's day, very underwhelming compared to the photo on the website.
I wish I could give this place a ZERO rating but unfortunately I have to give them a 1. I am completely appalled by the terrible customer service by the lady who actually owns the place!! As I was purchasing my flowers which were to be a gift, she threw my bunch of flowers on the table roughly and tried a sloppy bow. She had no respect. Half their flowers weren’t even fresh!!! I would highly recommend you stay away from this florist!! I would have rather paid for flowers over at the near by Woolies. I was so put off I later went back asking for a refund because after bringing my flowers into the natural sunlight they looked half dead! I was refused a refund along with some extra attitude. Never going back.
Possibly the worst service I have ever received. The sour faced owner of the store never said a word, snatched my card and then put it on the counter once I’d paid without saying a word. When I asked if there was a problem, she told me to get over myself. Nice! I’ll never set foot in this place again and judging from other reviews this is not an isolated incident.
Every time I buy or recieve flowers I am never disappointed. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. Couldn't recommend them more!
