I had the most off putting customer service I’ve ever experience this afternoon. I called up to book an appointment and was absolutely disgusted by the response I received. I was made to feel like an idiot for enquiring on a service I had been referred to. I requested information on the process of booking and payment multiple times to which I never got a straight forward answer. The blatant disrespect and attitude I received from this receptionist, I believe named Lorna? made me consider hanging up and enquiring for services elsewhere. I think a review of your customer service, taking into consideration the other reviews posted, would be greatly beneficial for your company if you don’t want to be embarrassed by the conduct by your employees.
MY ELDERLY PARENTS HAD A MEMBER OF STAFF OFFER TO VISIT THEIR HOME TO DO AN ASSESSMENT TO SEE IF THEY NEED ANY MOBILITY AIDS. AFTER THEY VISITED THEY PROMISED QUITE A FEW THINGS. BUT WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER,CALLED BUT CANT FIND THE STAFF MEMBER.WE NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE ITEM AND AT ONE STAGE AFTER CALLING WE WERE TOLD THEY HAD NEVER HEARD OF US,FUNNY,AS OUR HOME SECURITY CAMERAS SHOW THE INTERACTION CLEARLY. THIS WAS BACK IN JUNE THIS YEAR,I HAVE SINCE BEEN TOLD BY MANY OTHER PEOPLE THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE,DO THE ASSESSMENT,PROMISE THINGS THEN DISAPPEAR JUST TO GET THE CALL OUTS UP AND COSTS DOWN,THEY SEEM TO HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO COME OUT BUT IT STOPS THERE. WE NOW KNOW HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS,BUT WE MUST SAY WE DID BELIEVE THE PROMISES AT FIRST,MORE FOOL US. MEL
Been here twice now for teeth removal & its very simple & good service
Rude and ridiculing receptionist. Went about a concern and was laughed at saying it wasn’t something of concern. Didn’t attend appointment because I was made to feel so embarrassed. Working in a health care setting, even as a receptionist you should have some empathy.
I went to the emergency room last week, and then the emergency room transferred me to this clinicSC HS. The first doctor I saw had a good attitude. Then I asked her if I could go back and see him if I wasn't healed yet, and he said yes. So after a week, I went back to the doctor before I recovered, but they gave me another doctor. This doctor is amazing. As soon as I entered, he directly asked me why you came here. Do you know that you are not allowed to come here? Then I explained it to him, but he repeated it again. I quarreled with him directly, and then told me that he was sent from Melbourne and that he was the best dermatologist here. Then both doctors here diagnosed me with the wrong case. The second doctor prescribed medicine for me to take. After I took it, I immediately had chills and fever at night. Then I went to check him and he said that the rash on my body was cured by the medicine he prescribed to me. He then asked me whether I had COVID-19 and asked me to go home and check myself. After I went home and checked, I didn't get Covid. It was the medicine he prescribed. He also said that he is the best dermatologist here. He is a very irresponsible doctor.
