Sorry guys but bought a package of slow cooked pork belly and after doing everything you asked me to prepare to eat this and found to be over 50% fat and totally un eatable. Im very dissapointed and wish I could take it back to woolies for a refund but it ended up in the trash instead.....oh well another dissapointed customer letting of some steam....sorry but I will survive

Slow cooked pork belly from Woolworths at $19.99 per kilo. After 30 minutes at 250 degrees in our infrared oven, the crackling still had not crackled fully so we extended it for a further 15 minutes. We followed all instructions to the letter but did not completely crackle. The bottom layer of meat was so tough to consume and was only suitable to make sandwiches with in thin slices.

We read the direction on the pack but it was not pork belly it was pulled apart pork instead will not buy again it had no taste it .
