Neil responded to my SMS query promptly, slightly late to the scheduled time but was there for 90 minutes detailing the interior of my car. Great service & he was super friendly.

Had a voucher for a mobile car wash. Was extremely hard to make contact, phone rang out and voicemails not returned. A week later finally got through at 4:06pm on the day the voucher was to expire. Firstly he tried to tell me that he didn't do my suburb, despite my suburb bordering Sunnybank!! Then when I mentioned the voucher, he rudely and abruptly advised that it was now past 4pm so the voucher had expired.

Poor form! Abysmal customer service. Recommend you steer clear of this lot.

Very poor quality work. Car was not washed or polished to a standard expected of a car detailer
