I love it here. Everyone is always really kind, and everything is processed well. I am so happy to come here! Even though I don’t live nearby, I always visit for my medicine.

I have so much love for Richard & Amy, and the rest of the team here! They are genuinely friendly, caring and understanding, as well as being quick, efficient, having many things in stock and being very helpful & communicative around items that need to be ordered in etc.nOccasionally I have to wait a few minutes, but there isn’t a pharmacy in Brisbane where that won’t be the case during parts of the day— it is never a long or unnecessary wait here, and if you have limited mobility there are some chairs provided so you can rest if you need to.nAs a chronically ill and disabled person, I have had to deal with pharmacies very very frequently over the past few years, and honestly the vast majority of my experiences have been frustrating, inconvenient and at times actually demeaning— I was nervous after moving recently to the area that I would spent a long time hunting for a new ‘regular’ pharmacy, but I struck GOLD coming here, and I’m very happy to be a frequent customer here.nThanks again to Richard for always putting a smile on my face when I visit or call up.

Amazing service! Richard and Amy are the loveliest owners you will meet. Very dedicated to ensuring their customers are taken care of. I have a prescription that needs to be dispensed twice a week and Richard and Amy always have my stock in and keep me updated via email. They always price match and find me the best price. If you're looking for an amazing chemist, with great service and informative procedures please check these guys out! Can not recommend them enough.
