Review has been a long time coming. By far my favorite pharmacy available. Team is super friendly, efficient and consistent. Richard and Amy really go above and beyond to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for everyone who comes through that front door.

I've personally only just begun being under their Care, And have had only positive experiences so far. After leaving a pharmacy which i'd been a regular client of for over 7 years Due to issues with continuity of care, would regularly close 30 minutes to even hour and a half earlier then advertised, over dosing certain medications, being stigmatised and over charged multiple times a year even after previous pharmacys lack of care I was hesistant to change as can be difficult finding pharmacys that are able too dispense multiple schedule 8 medicines and also do supervised dosing especially finding one that does all that close to home and public transport, sunnybanks hills chempro has met all those requirements along with great service and a smile. I'm so pleased to have found this pharmacy Richard,Amy and Edmund are all very friendly and accomadating i wish i'd heard of and swapped pharmacies years ago, competitive prices, awesome friendly service, plenty of parking and are willing to order medications in, its only early days of being under there care but i'd highly recommend them.  I feel like a weight has been lifted no longer do i feel like a burden for simply picking up my medications and no longer feel judged for it. Cannot put fully into words just how grateful I am to Richard and Amy  for taking me on as a regular client, i already feel at ease. Much respect to the whole team.

I am so thankful to the staff at Chempro Sunnybank Hills as she Amy really helped me alot when i needed certain things. Also the other Lady was so nice as well...good on you guys....keep up the great work!  These days it's rare to find such amazing and friendly staff

All staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, good prices too

Great service, nothing is too much effort for Ruchard and his wonderful team!
