Was there to try on some new releases. Ended up buying a pair for me and my partner because the new kid who works there had excellent customer service skills. I did not get his name but I made sure his manager knew what made me buy.
Those gentlemen and ladies are so friendly and helpful even I didn’t purchase anything in the end. Definitely my first choice if i need new sunglasses next time. Completely different than the store in MYER, those staffs in MYER are too busy with their mobile phone to watch videos and social media while working. They get pay for ignoring customer.
The service was so bad at the Myer store, we left and went to the sunglass hut inn the shopping center. Josh had amazing customer service. Don't go into Myer.
Went in today to look for a new pair of sunnies as I lost mine recently. Robyn was fantastic & very patient. I had 2 kids on tow & she was absolutely lovely & got my older girl to help with the decision making & explain whatever questions she had in regards to different sunnies. She allowed me to try on many pairs before I found one that I liked. I know it’s cheaper to buy them online but I was happy to pay full price purely based on the service I received. Thanks very much Robyn, you made my day
I got served immediately and very professionally.
Friendly staff, good selection but came home went on their website ordered Sunday and received 2 pairs of sunglasses at half the price the following Friday. Definitely buy on line
Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Saw these guys a few months back and couldn’t get over how friendly and helpful the two staff members were. I went back the other day and the same two people served me and were just as amazing as the last time I visited! Thank you so much for all your help you made my day so much brighter both visits
