Great company to do business with. They installed a great pool at my new home 2 years ago. I had a couple of teething issues in the early days, due mainly to my inexperience with the new pump and controls. Whenever I contacted them they responded immediately; even at weekends! I had a slight leak in a pipe connected to pump recently (it only needed a nut tightening) and again, I contacted them and they sent an engineer to fix in a timely manner. I recommended them to a friend who has just built a new home and he is totally happy with them as well.

We had our pool put in by Sundollar pools in 2015. The sales guy was nice but that's where it ended. We were promised it would be finished by August as we were leaving the country for a month mid September, they ended up doing handover the morning we flew out! They tried to save time and sent away my bobcat I paid for and decided to use huge trucks on the council pathway and destroyed it. They constantly made appointments to meet with me, only to leave me wasting my days away with them not turning up. There was no communication between them, no one knew what was going on. I asked for an explanation or apology, they completely ignored me after promising the manager would sort it out. They are money hungry and not interested in their customers. Stay away! Disgusted with the way they treated us!

Leaky pool. After 2 years, had to get the Queensland Buildings and Construction Commission to sort this mob out. Case still open. Not satisfied that the pool is watertight.
