Pathetic company to try and set up an account with but they did me a favour that i had to try elsewhere when trying to buy chilli's. They were charging $22.20kg for seconds, went to Erbachers they charged me $20kg for firsts. Shop around people.
The crew came through at short notice at 5:30am on a Sunday morning with the produce I needed. If they hadn’t, I’d have had to either delay opening or not open at all. Seriously above and beyond service.
The account team is terrible. They locked my account twice without any notices because i forgot making the payment. I have been their customer for more than a year, ordered from them everyday and account team locked my account just because I forgot to make the payment. That should not the way you should treat your customers.
Made multiple attempts in the last five months to sign up as for a wholesale account and be able to access the mobile app ordering. Multiple emails and an assurance that a sales rep would get in contact with us. Nothing!
My first order just arrived, all so fresh and healthy. The bread is delicious. A very polite delivery driver wore a mask and gloves. Couldn't be happier!
