I completed my firearm courses at this store. I had to pay an extra $50 because I missed one question, and the person, who I think is named Rod, did not want to help me. The lady at the store had told me that I could call before attempting the second round. I forgot her name, but she was incredibly helpful and supportive. However, Rod seemed upset and angry all the time and did not offer a warm welcome or any information after handing over the certificate. My friend told me that the lady had helped him set up his membership and paperwork, and I wish I had received the same guidance. I think it's time for Rod to take a break and let the other team members run the shop.
Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Did a great job of fitting a quality scope to my new rifle. Great ammunition selection. Highly recommended.
I recently completed my firearms testing through the dealership. This process was efficient. After coming in and having a chat to staff I felt valued as a customer. I could tell that this was going to be my one stop gun shop moving forward. Once I get a good vibe from a place I usually place my loyalty here! Brilliant service from the team at Sunbury Firearms. I had a scope with a manufacturing defect - my questions were answered accurately and promptly, and then the return for warranty, facilitated with no effort on my part. I also had a question about the scope placement on my 114 savage and the chap serving me quickly offered a brilliant solution, arrange the part to be ordered and then will let me know when it comes in. Can’t thank the team more. Great work.
