I cannot emphasise how disappointed I am with this service (or lack thereof). The biggest waste of money I think I have spent in a very long time. Feel like a complete mug. Have had far better results from quick hand wash places for a quarter of the price. Cannot strongly enough advise people to go elsewhere. I am not sure how he is still in business if this is his standard quality of work. A huge thumbs down.

Left a poor but honest review on Facebook and it was taken down within an hour. Very disappointed. The other 1 star rating was called a ‘troll’ by the page admin.

The car was with Mark for 24 hours (dropped off early, which both parties agreed upon) and was told the job would take 4-5 hours. It looks like an hour, If that was spent on my car.
I feel like I have been conned.

Spent $250 on a deluxe detail plus an attempt at some stone chips (which paint was provided for). 
*Interior back seat still had evidence of toddler spillage in the grooves and stitching of the leather seat. 
*front passenger door had dirt on it, which I was able to remove by rubbing my finger over it.
*My panoramic roof and windscreen have smudges over the interior aspect of the glass - an attempt had been made to clean these, albeit a poor one.
*scuff marks on the bonnet were not buffed out, despite the side panel having been done, which was the worse of the two scuffed areas.
*bug marks still on the bumper and bonnet - I removed one of these with my finger and jumper, despite my partner being told the bug marks were ‘in the paint’.
*Rims were not cleaned nor shined, still had dirt on them. Tyres were polished roughly.

When my partner asked questions regarding the lack of quality of the exterior, we were not offered any form of re-do or fix, just excuses (bugs are in the paint etc). He was trying to rub something off the car as my partner was reversing out of the driveway also!

No receipt was provided for his ‘services’.

If something went wrong (personal or professional), or if he needed extra time to do a proper job of the car, I would have appreciated a phone call and would have been happy to leave it longer. No such courtesy. Just got it handed back pretty much as it was dropped off. I needed this car immaculate for a pre-sale inspection, and now will need to spend more money getting my car properly detailed in a hurry, or will have to spend what little time I have left doing it myself.

Would not recommend to anybody.

Would rather give away $250 to a charity than this poor excuse for a business.

We took our car here for the deluxe clean. Mark had the vehicle for 4 hours. The result was the worst cleaning job I have seen. Underseats hadn't been touched. No vacuuming, no cleaning. Anywhere that was not immediately visible was untouched. I'm not sure what sort of cleaning product he used but the car now smells like a urinal. I've just spent an extra 2 hours attempting to finish the job that he made a poor effort of starting. If I could give negative stars I would!
