As a regular customer I always look for SumoSalad around Perth. Today and couple of weeks ago I came to this specific SumoSalad which has an excellent location. Unfortunately, the two times I’ve been here I haven’t received either the customer service I was looking for or the quality and content of the salads that I asked for. First time: I asked for a chicken katsu and I got grilled chicken instead. Second time: I asked for a salad which comes with chicken don’t remember the name but, please find attached picture of it. The employee just served lettuce and when I asked for the chicken, just one piece was added to the take away bowl.
First time eating here while I was visiting Perth - great service, and absolutely love that you label your food for allergens and dietary preferences: it's the reason I chose to eat here vs the other stores. Generous servings and good price. Would highly recommend!
Busy buy quick. Very fresh salads and staff are helpful.
2 toasted sandwiches in 2 weeks. Both were still cold when I got them even though they spent what I thought to be adequate time in the press. And today when I got it back to my office it wasn't even the right sandwich, even with the guy cutting it in half, placing it in the bag and announcing it as the item I ordered. Won't go back to Sumo Salad Cloisters Arcade Perth CBD.

Decent salads but pricey.
Decently substantial Salmon and Teriyaki grain salad for $13.
An excellent variety to choose from with great taste and at a reasonable price. This place will not disappoint.
