Was disappointed in my vist today, I ordered my lamb & halumi salad and when it was given to me, it was just dumped in the takeaway tub with a clump of meat on top which was barely warm, and dressing was just poured over the top. When I was why they don’t make the salad in the mixing bowls and mix it all properly, I was told the new manger/owner told them to do it, and was then told I could mix it myself in the tub. Very disappointed. I’m a regular at different sumo salad both in wa and Sydney and no other store have I been to have made it so poorly and not being mixed. Can the manger please explain why he’s cutting corner??
Really bad customer service. I wanted to claim my bday salad but they had already packed up during the peak lunch period and offered me the choice of only veggie noodles, tabouleh or pasta salad and continued to pack away the other salad varieties in front of me. My experience with other sumo salad outlets has been far better.
Got here before 15:30 today and they were already packed up and cleaning. Opening hours say 5pm? Is it early closing now? Or is it because it's grand final weekend ?
Good, tasty salads, average customer servoce and cluttered store front. Go for the food, not the store.
Something not right with the serving size box not fully filled around it.
