The Buddha bowl was really good. The young guy at the counter was really helpful to explain and did a very good and quick service. Loved the salad and the portion as well. Had a very good experience overall as the view was also very nice from the sitting area.
New vegan budda bowl and falafel and hummus bowl. Both yummy. Love how many vegan salads there is available quick on the go
Had the Haloumi and Beef Salad. It was alright. I like salads with lots of meat. For the quantity it was a bit pricey for sure. Pretty Good for takeaways though.
If you want half the bowl food this is where you need to head to. Run by some greedy bunch. $13 for some sampling. Rip off !!
I've gotten the Commando Nourish Bowls a few times, and usually love it. This time, however, my chicken was massively dry, and the haloumi cheese was so dry it was hard. Also the price was $1 more than at other Sumo Salad branches I've been to before. Very disappointing.
my most recent visit was serve by a asian man. they bargained with you to pay more for better salad size. Wow, you thought it is standard as they suppose to have standard protocol as a franchise. this store was a little better before but now staff service seems really poor. their food aren't that great freshness either
The team behind the counter are happy and helpful. They are quick to take your order and they present it well. It does take a little while at lunch time to get your order on occasion but otherwise for the price and location they are good.
The service was really good and the food was definitely ok for the price. What we did not like but this is for all the places at this food court: all the plastic that is used and is thrown away. Even if they recycle, it is strange. Look at the outside of this building and you would think the businesses would be more eco friendly.
Initially, the staff were really friendly and I was happy with the salad. I would recommend eating just the salads, but AVOID the meats! I realised half way through that my salmon was raw and cold in the middle, so I notified a member of staff and showed it to them. I asked for it to be recooked - they did not apologise, but grunted, and said "just for you" and sort of threw it back on the grill??? Just for me!? So anyone else they would just leave them with raw meat? I'm sorry but this is terrible customer service! I've worked several jobs within the food industry and would always apologise if a customer was unhappy especially if their food was cooked incorrectly and ensure they were happy with a replacement, and I am always mindful to be respectful as I know it goes a long way. So yes, inexcusable really... I'll be getting a Nando's salad next time. Edit: Also, when I retrieved the second-cooked salmon - to add insult to injury - there was a loooonnnngg hair in it. Nice.
Very fresh salad, I have my favourite roll to order everytime. Also, extremely friendly staff, they know what I want just by looking at my face. I recommend it as a filling lunch!
