I stayed here for a few months while doing my 88 days and I loved it!! The staff was amazing and always there if you had any questions. The whole hostel felt like a big family, we cooked and ate together and some even organised a big Christmas dinner. It’s not a big party hostel like Gilligan’s, but the bar has a lot of good and really cheap drinks 5$ jugs at happy hour?!?!nDefinitely recommend coming here if you want to work, they have a shuttle that’s drives every 30 minutes and brings you to town!!
Emma was an absolute pleasure to interact with during my stay at summer house. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions I had. Whether it was recommending local spots, assisting with check-in, or ensuring a smooth stay, their professionalism and positive attitude made a real difference. The hostel felt even more inviting thanks to their warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend!
Summerhouse has been my home for 7 months and it’s been a wonderful experience. It really has felt like home. The hostel has a friendly atmosphere and it’s perfect for if you want a chilled vibe but with room to party if you wish. The hostel is clean and well kept with great amenities including a bar and lovely outdoor area with a pool and volleyball court. There are many activities to keep you entertained such as tournaments and yoga as well as events in the bar area in the evening. The staff are warm and friendly and always happy to help with anything. Summerhouse is a social hostel and it attracts a lovely crowd so is perfect for making friends and having fun together. I would definitely want to stay in another Summerhouse and would recommend this hostel to anyone.
My stay at Summer House has been excellent. This hostel provides an ideal platform for building community; I've met people from different places and enjoyed spacious and fun spaces like the pool, bar and volleyball court. Additionally, it offers a variety of extra activities that make the experience even more enriching. I've really enjoyed living here for these 4 months. Also, the receptionists and drivers are extremely kind and helpful, which has positively contributed to my experience.
Amazing experience at the Summer House Hostel! The place is clean, well-located, and has a great vibe, but what really made the difference was Alissa at the front desk. She’s super friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. Thanks to her, I felt at home from day one. Thank you, Alissa, you’re the best! I’ll definitely be back!
