I really hate writing bad reviews, but the service I received at this pathology yesterday was pretty bad. The lady was insistent on knowing why my blood test was so extensive and that I am too young to be having all of these problems. Excuse me! All of that information is no one’s business other than myself and my doctor/naturopath. I have had the worst year of my life with my mental health being at the forefront, why should I have to explain myself to someone who is not certified to ask those question. Her last words to me were, “well, if these results don’t come back with anything, then I don’t know what to tell you.” Just please mind your own business and take my blood. The end.
Staff were great with mum, but no reception, no pricing just received invoice. Not sure what exactly for all in codes and not mentioned during collection. Asked for costs at front reception but doctors surgery as well, thinking now, not connected.
Wrong marking on maps, it’s in the Burleigh Chempro Chemist. Phone number doesn’t work either…quite frustrating! But good service when we found it. Have posted suggestion of location correcting, hope this gets fixed soon, cheers Skye
I attended this facility with my 9 year old son for his first blood test. He has a fear of blood so I thought it was going to be a traumatic experience. The team member there was amazing with my son and we were in and out very quickly without any tears. Highly recommended.
Worse experience ever!! Desrespectful people!!
