SPOTLESSLY clean large family room, unlike most motels, great service, comfy bed, perfect bathroom.nOverall perfect

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Large comfortable rooms consistent with the budget. Short drive to shops. Would stay here again
Hubby & I stayed here one night as we travelled west through Victoria. Friendly owner, beautifully presented and clean room which was warm and quiet. Bed super comfortable with the only negative being there was only two small milk sachets for tea/coffee and one had 'separated'. Didn't realise until late at night otherwise I'm sure I could have asked for another one. Easy walk to local pub which is very welcoming and has great food. Note: Broadford is very cold in winter June - temp was -2 in morning with ice on the bikes :
Adjoining guests were outside their unit drinking alcahol and being very noisy until late.nBed sheets had a strong smell of stale tobacco.nThe shower only provided enough hot water for one person to have a quick shower. The second person was unable to shower.nAvoid this motel if possible.
