We loved the food here, and we've been to quite a few Thai restaurants. It was tasty and the servings were a good size. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options. Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating
Arrived here yesterday a few minutes before closing and they were kind enough to accommodate the orders from our group. We ordered at least 8 mains and they prepared it pretty quickly. Everyone loves it! I personally like Pad Thai, Thai Style Salmon and Fried rice! Will definitely go back on our next visit to Bright. Must try if you’re after Asian food
Sooo good Beautiful red curry, chicken spring rolls, pad Thai, coconut rice & exceptional satay sauce. We only like Thai from our local in Cranbourne and are always skeptical trying other places.. but so glad we did will definitely back every year and letting everyone know.
Ate here twice whilst in Bright. The first visit was just the 2 of us. The food was delicious, the flavours very authentic and the service very good. Had vegie spring rolls, Pad Khing and Tamarind Fish Fillets, all of which were tasty and well presented. On our second visit, we took our daughter & 2 young grandchildren. It was busier on this occasion and we were extremely disappointed with the service. Our entrees came after a reasonable wait, but we waited one hour after finishing these for our main course. This was definitely unreasonable as we observed customers who had arrived after us served their mains before us. When we asked how long our food would be, we were told it was unexpectedly busy and they were unprepared. No apology, just excuses. I actually think they forgot our meals. Our meals finally arrived, one by one over a period of 10 mins or so and my husband, who had ordered the whole snapper, received his meal about 15 mins after all the other meals. The fish had not been descaled properly which made eating it rather unpleasant. We had arrived about 6.10pm and didn't leave till after 9pm. Most people who had arrived after us had already left. Very disappointing evening and more disappointing was the attitude of the staff. Would be wary about going again even though the food is superb.
Very very slow service. Arrived at 5.35pm -5 minutes after the restaurant opened and placed takeaway order. Was told to return at 6.25pm to pick up order. They said they would text me if it was ready earlier. I turned up at 6.25pm as advised expecting it to be ready since I was there to place the order only 5 minutes after they opened. When I turned up I was told it would still be another 10 minutes or so. Instead I waited another 30 minutes before it was ready at 6.55pm. The food was just ok but quite expensive for the quantity provided. The vegetable Green Curry was predominantly liquid with a few vegetable pieces floating in the sauce. The experience was quite frustrating with a begrudging apology.
Great thai option when you're passing through! Got the Thai Laksa and sode of roti bread, plenty of flavour and very warming. Parking: Plenty of street parking available on a Monday night
Very authentic Thai food. We had the Duck Curry and the Thai Fried Rice and both were good. However, the curry could have been spicier. Still, very good and highly recommended.
Wonderful food, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend if you are in Bright then this place is a must.
