Honestly speaking it is not a Mandi if you're looking for a true taste of Mandi. Yes they name their restaurant Mandi, Yes they have a dish on their menu says Mandi BUT it is NOT a Mandi. I have ordered one chicken Mandi & a lamb Mandi, the quantity was good, the food was good in taste the lamb was tender BUT it didn't taste like Mandi at allllll. So in my opinion if you don't care about the real taste and just wanted to fill up your tummy with flavoured rice and meat give it a try otherwise it a waste.

Yesterday, I visited Jannat al Mandi for Iftar, hoping for a delightful experience after seeing their enticing TikTok video showcasing the Iftar Buffet priced at $40 per person. However, the reality fell short of expectations. The absence of Haleem and Nahari Paya in the buffet was disappointing, and the Aloo Bajiyas were depleted with no effort made to replenish them. Although fruits were available, their quantity was insufficient, failing to create the ambiance of a true Iftar feast. The Dahi Wadas were disappointingly hard, resembling stones, but the Aloo Bajiyas were a highlight with their delicious taste. The Onion Pakodas and Triangle Samosas were decent, offering some respite. Unfortunately, the Mandi failed to impress; the lamb pieces were undercooked, and the absence of dry fruits further detracted from the dish. Despite this, the chicken pieces and wings were satisfactory but not outstanding. Overall, my experience was average, marred by the disappointment of missing Haleem and poorly executed Dahi Wadas.
The restaurant’s name should be changed to Jahanam based on the taste of their food. Everything about this restaurant is excellent, from the seating to the service, except for the food. The food looks excellent in presentation, but once you taste it, you realize how bad it is. It has no connection to traditional mandi in terms of taste, despite the presentation. They need to learn from other mandi restaurants and improve their taste and quality.
Surprised to see low ratting it should be above 4.5, anyways I have been to this place many times and I always enjoy their food and friendly service. Generous serving and good for large group.
