I go here because it provides one of the only vegan friendly options in the area but man I wish I didn’t have to. Always takes way too long to be served given the amount of people standing there and the young girls in particular don’t know the first thing about customer service. They will always make you feel like you’re a burden for wanting a sandwich, rude tone, no smile, no ‘have a good day’. This is basic customer service expectations. Manager needs to do a better job training their team in customer service.
Went on lunch break and ordered my usual subway cold salami wrap order and as I opened sat down and bit in the wrap was very stale and crumbly. I walked to front counter and was waiting to be served or acknowledged and just was stared at by the girl in the back who didn’t bother to come out. Finally I was served and my wrap was redone but came back boiling hot?!?! I left it and walked out. Will never recommend this place.
I would usually give it a 5 star however nothing annoys me the most then when google says a shop is open and they’re closed. If it says you’re open till 9pm and I come at 8.05pm the shop better be open otherwise change your times!! However the food is great and I do come here often it’s a shame the owner doesn’t keep his promises...
DO NOT ASK FOR EXTRA OLIVES, On Saturday 27/11/21 I was SEVERELY ABUSED after asking for extra olives on one of my sandwiches . The guy who served me says he is the owner  put 5 olives inside my sandwich and when I so politely as there is no need to be aggressive asked for extra olives PLEASE, I was SHOCKED by his response, that CUSTOMERS like me ABUSE THE SYSTEM and that he doesn't want customers like me in his Store. I was shocked and asked what system he was talking about? He was loud, he was moving his hands and it wasn't only him but his wife who was working with him His responses were not in accordance to either the request or the way I asked by. I was so confused, felt extremely vulnerable, frightened , my whole body was shaking that I wasn't able to insert my credit card in the machine, I couldn't catch my breath, I was heavily  sweating and my heart was racing. As soon as my transaction was approved,  I ran out of the shop leaving my sandwiches behind inside the store,  seeking my husband's help, who drove to pick me see photo and the sandwiches up as I was unable to process what happened nor able to drive. I kept having my symptoms for the rest of the day until I decided to seek medical attention. As my symptoms were persistent,  I spoke to a registered nurse from Healthdirect to assess my symptoms and advice me accordingly but she insisted to put me through to the ambulance who also insisted to come home. I was strongly advised to admit myself to the ED which I have refused as I have 3 kids under 5 with no support. I was advised to see my GP as soon as possible and if symptoms persisted,  I'll have to admit myself to ED. I have contacted headquarters but haven't received their response yet.
With all the different varities of freshly bakes rolls, wraps or straight salad plate options, Subway is always on the top of my list of acws to stop at when I want a healthy and tasty neal options. Of course for those occasions when I am feeling a little hungrier and / or naughtier their delicious cookie range cannot be overlooked.
I don’t do reviews but genuinely the most incompetent trainee and normally I’m fairly accepting of the poor speed etc as I was once a trainee but this was the worst I’ve seen in any profession she wasn’t bad at making subs she wasn’t able to make it and to top it off asked me what spicy Mayo was
Probably the dirtiest most disgusting Subway I've been in. It really was filthy. Asked them to clean the table It wasn't just the table that was dirty...which she did, but even then it was still dirty...I wouldn't rush back to this one
Horrible management. Where they treat there staff horrible and expect them to be management with minimum wage. I’ve seen the owners pick up food of the floor and still use it. Cockroaches everywhere all over the food absolutely gross. Dip and malesh I will fight you
Super slow service. Four people were standing around working on a single sandwich, while my food first burnt in the toaster for being left it too long, then was left out for 5 minutes and was served cold and stale
