Service was okay, the girl that was next to the trainee made my husbands and daughters food and the trainee made mine and my sons. She only put very minimal salads on ours compared to hubbies, i know i ask for 2 pieces of onion but te rest on both wasnt even as close. I even watched her. Pretty disappointing.

Appalling service for 28.10.24. Two staff on front one extremely slow the other incredibly stressed out. Foot long Italian herbs and cheese bread was stale and toasted to the point of borderline burnt and pieces kept falling off.nAlso ordered a small wrap with schnitzel. Schnitzel was kept in the microwave for up to 5 minutes after beeping and I had asked for wrap to be toasted, it wasn't.nnOne of the staff got another girl from out back who was so sour and miserable looking and didn't give off a friendly customer service attitude. Once I left and got in car to take food home the foot long unravelled everywhere and was just a huge slop of a mess.nnI'm not one to give bad feedback but this experience was the absolute pits. If a mystery shopper came in they would have been horrified! Definitely no enthusiasm with anyone. Not good

Rude staff, place was absolutely disgusting, dried food caked in all the crevices, chopping board manky and grill not working.nAsked for different cheese in my jaffle, like I always do and have always done and these two today decided that it couldn’t be done. Hope you’re happy with the food waste you got instead of me paying for my mealnUnless you put the ingredients back and then you’ve got cross contamination issuesnnSomeone needs to send out someone to check out your food safe practices cos something clearly is off with your cleaning

Very disappointing. Came home to bite into my meatball sub and couldn’t bite it because it was burnt and hard.

I asked for a 6inch meatball melt and she gave me and charged me for a foot long. the meatballs were stone cold so i didn’t even end up eating it which was a bit sad.
