I just want to commend the girl who served me last night, her name was Isabel. She was professional, took my order efficiently. I did notice that she was working by herself making up many sandwiches with no assistance. I hope her boss recognises what a great worker she is. The sandwich she made was yummy. Thank you.
I went into the subway and instantly felt an off vibe, there was a man serving me and had taken no time to be disrespectful and given me side eyes along the whole way of my order. And had barely given me any sauce along with packing the subway poorly, food falling out etc did not have a good experience. Disappointed.
We went to order on Menulog and realised Subway had added at least $4 to each Sub, so to order online for a family of 4 would have been an extra $16 plus the service fee and delivery fee. We ended up going and getting it in person. The service was friendly enough but didn’t make sense to add so much to deliver.
The staff are lovely but I don't think they get falafel requests very often. Mine were still frozen. Ya gotta defrost em before you put them on the grill. :
