Charged me an extra 50 cents for the same sub I get at every other subway (standard foot long Ham $8.00 everywhere else Ive been) and the toilet is locked with a really dodgey door handle. However the staff were pleasent enough.

Unfortunately I used to really like this subway. Ever since they changed owners i think its sadly dropped in quality. They go bare minimal on salads leaving me to ask for a little more to fill it out. The lettuce looks mangy and disgusting.

I came in today in the evenin and ordered for a chicken schintz subway toasted. The guy who served me said tat u dnt toast the schnitz and instead heated it up in the microwave and served me i dint want to argue. I have wrked in subway before. Can u please teach your guys to be honest and serve the way the customer request. Also customer service should atleast start with a smile not a grumpy face.
