Very good customer service but i was disappointed that the subways wasn’t toasted fully, it seemed like they weren’t toasted at all even tho they had been in the oven.

I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and the staff member placed a veggie pattie onto a roll. Then at the same time, without changing gloves, started a chicken sandwich for someone else, picked up the chicken piece then came back to me to ask which salad I wanted with my veggie pattie. Fresh from picking up the chicken and still without changing gloves he put his hand into each salad container and finished off my sandwich! Cross contamination of chicken to salad foods is surely a breach of hygiene regulations and is certainly not vegetarian friendly. I was disgusted. Also despite the staff member saying that he was also vegetarian he had no idea whether or not the cheese offered to me contained animal rennet. In fact he first answered no, then yes, then looked confused when I asked if he knew what I was talking about. Needless to say I left it out of my sandwich.

This subway seems to make better subs compared to Gymea and Sutherland.

Seen cockroach in the lettuce. I told the worker and his response was "he won't each much"

Good service but make sure you recieve correct change when paying in cash.
