Customer service generally pretty bad at most subways, Rosebud is no better. Staff haven’t been taught properly how to make subs and giving broken cookies to customers instead of unbroken ones is a bad look. Just a heads up, half a cookie isn’t a whole cookie !!

Had the audacity to charge me $2.20 to put the same amount of bacon on a foot long as a 6 inch, who puts 1 piece of bacon over a foot long and a 6 inch, charges twice the price and then refuse to put a second piece on
