If there was an Olympics for people in customer service, there would be a gold medallist working @ Subway Northgate. His name is Brendan & he is just fantastic @ what he does. He is always in a great mood & super competent. He brightens up my day every time I go in there. Thank you Brendan!!

The big kid who insists on addressing me as 'mate' every time he serves me is rude and grubby. Someone should educate him on handling food and not hold the lid of my salad bowl under his sweaty armpit. All the girls there are great. Keep them and lose him or you lose me.

Garbage. No sub of the day. Jess was rude and objectionable. Go elsewhere.
