Stand out and spot on service on Sunday. Family of 5 passing thru Kyneton from Melbourne. So refreshing to be served properly and not repeat my order 6 times like I usually have to in another Subway. Keep it up guys.
EDIT: I've had it up to here with Subway. It used to be good but recently I have had so many bad experiences. They NEVER have any cookies in stock, and when you order online they substitute the flavour you ordered for some other flavour, without even mentioning it!!! They are always out of ingredients, I went there a few months ago and they had no beetroot, no lettuce, no pineapple, no tomato, no spinach etc. Absurd.nnOLD REVIEW Josh is a legend. Food is yum and fresh. Good spot with good staff!
Service was great, but as a hospitality business they should give a glass or water for free, but when I asked for a glass of water they said they don’t have a glass of water instead I will have to pay for a bottle of water.
Honestly the best operated Subway I have ever seen.nnThe consistency in terms of fresh ingredients, good quality cookies, and great bread is top notch.nnThe staff here are amazing and always down for a chat.nnThe drinks machine is new tech and has so many options to mix flavors and is always working so many subways have old machines or no machine at all.nnThe dining area is clean and has plenty of space.nn10/10 even after eating here so many times.
8.40pm Saturday 3rd Feb 2024nnThe two young ladies in the subway Kyneton gave me the absolute best customer service. 5 star service that I has made me type this review prior to even getting home. Well done ladies you should be proud of yourselves.nnCleanliness should also be mentioned great job Kyneton Subway!
