Alex, made our subs tonight and roughly a month ago. Alex was kind, calm, engaged well with myself and partner. Alex was able to easily and efficiently make our subs with no problem at all. Very friendly, fantastic customer service. I asked Alex how do I give his boss the feedback about his service the last 2 times we have been in, Alex advised to give him a review. So Alex, as promised-- the footlong Italian cheese x2 subs, 1 meatball, 1 chicken snitty with double cheese on both- customers, are giving you the absolute biggest thumbs up of a review. Whoever your boss is, please train Alex up to be team leader or manager, his temperament is fantastic Great job mate Keep it up. Gem and Mark
Saturday morning the man that served me was very efficient and friendly. He is the best employee at making subways that i have ever had. It was an honour to have him melt my cheese. He will be successful in whatever he choses to do in life. He mentioned something like his name was strarasskeeey
First time eating here. Was really looking forward to a nice and refreshing subway after a long car ride. I was immediately greeted by a young girl whose name tag read Lily who was NOT welcoming whatsoever. i asked for my meat heated up, and she completely ignored my request. When it got to salads, i asked for extra onion and she scoffed, rolled her eyes and continued to put the tiniest extra onion on. i asked for garlic aioli, and she put on honey mustard??!! What?!! continuing from that. she stopped mid way wrapping my sandwich to walk away and talk to her employee. What service is this?! she served another young girl at the checkout before me and i saw she gave her half price on their food?! are we just giving out discounts now?? i’m sure her boss would be very happy with her. Not coming back here. i feel bad for her other ‘victims’ she’s had to serve. How hard is it to put on a smile and DO YOUR JOB??!!
Subway so good I've had it four times this month don't judge me, I love the rye bread!... but only since honey oat isn't a thing anymorennA healthier alternative to the other surrounding fast food restaurants.
